"No electricity in the middle of the night…"

Room 311. No staff at reception, check in via whatsapp only. Middle of the night, woke up after too hot at 4am bcos suddenly no electricity in my room, outside walkway and other rooms got electricity bcos lights are on and can feel cold air coming out from other room doors. No person to feedback to, no contact for housekeeping, can only notify via checkin whatsapp. Checkin whatsapp finally reply at 7am, ask me to inform housekeeping at another phone number, informed but no person came to check, I finally checkout at 8.45am and room still no electricity. I dont know when it started no electricity, at least 4 hours 45min no electricity.
