The location, size of the room, cleanliness of towels and bedsheets, friendly staff

The bathroom was old and dirty, shower head was covered in limescale. Pillows were not enough and very thin. It was loud at night. The kitchen was also dirty, there were stains in everywhere including the washbasin.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is central to exploring nelayan

There was no hot water the first night, which really sucked after arriving after 36 hours of flights. They fixed it the next day, but hot water runs out after a couple mins. The Toilet seat was attached off center so you have to balance on it Little flies kept getting in the bathroom, the mesh had a hole in it. There was loud music a couple nights The bed has small pillows, and the bed is kind of springy. I asked for a late checkout, they asked for payment. They should have offered a couple hours for the hot water issue.
