Spacious, freshly renovated apartment with a large kitchen and bedroom, in a prime location. Very clean and well-furnished, it features two air conditioners—one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The apartment also includes a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. While located on a busy street, the windows reduce the noise enough to maintain a comfortable atmosphere inside.

1) Check-in Process: The check-in process was frustrating. Despite clearly agreeing on a time with the host, he unilaterally changed it, even updating the booking page before our arrival. We decided to store our luggage in a locker, only to receive a message half an hour earlier than his revised time, making the effort of using the locker pointless. It was also disappointing to discover that there was a key locker at the door, which could have been used for self check-in and avoided all this hassle. 2) Communication: The communication style left a lot to be desired. Whether due to a language barrier or not, the responses to our questions were neither helpful nor welcoming, making us feel like we weren’t valued guests. 3) Garbage Disposal: The instructions mentioned small garbage collection vehicles roaming the neighbourhood, and we were told to place our trash in these vehicles. However, even after reaching out for clarification, it remained unclear how we were supposed to manage this—walking around with garbage and hoping to spot one of these cars seemed very impractical. 4) Shower Drain: The shower drain wasn't functioning properly, and we requested it to be fixed as standing in a pool of water while showering was uncomfortable. Although the host claimed it had been fixed, the problem persisted, and the drain continued to perform poorly.

Perfect location . Modern and well equipped. Really central and vibrant yet well soundproofed.
