The internet quota was utilised, hence there was no internet connection during the stay.

No owner or representative at site. Reception can't help. Communication only possible via phone, SMS. Wlan slow, intermittent breaks. Living room no TV channels available. Even youtube not enjoyable due to Wifi interruptions. Bed room TV not usable at all (no internet connection, no TV channels) Small patches of paint missing on the wall. Aircon in the living room was noisy. Just one chair, no table, very simple sofa.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! Booked 2 nights stay. Morning after first night at 4am : No water to flush toilet and for shower Contacted Mr Evan (Manager of property), his response was ‘NOT MY PROBLEM’ He said the water pipe of building burst a few days before we made the booking. Was not informed of the problem, and accepted our booking. We checked out after one night stay although we paid for 2 nights, and moved to a hotel. Room was dirty and was provided with 2 towels when we booked for 3 Adults. Upon checking out was informed by receptionist that all apartment owners were told of the problem and that there will not be any water because of repair work. No responsible person would offer an apartment for stay with these problems. Despite several WhatsApp messages, Mr Evan DID NOT respond at all. How can Booking .Com allow such an apartment be listed on their website?

Good location, host was accommodating with our early check in request.

Wifi connection was very poor, water ponding in toilet and bed sheets had oil stains on it.
