A reasonable price for 2 nights waiting to take the ferry In the heart of Fort de France

Facilities are really basic. The bed is small (and we were not two big people) The bed ans cushions are very hard and uncomfortable. No soap. Two small towels to do everything. Loose Industrial roll toilet paper . You have to do contorsions to get it. No door in the toilets = with a view when your partner is moving around. No occulting curtains. Drawer in the bathroom gets wet when using the tap. The shower is overflowing. The bath mats need replacement. It is the first time I leave à rather negative comment but here I believe it is fair to say the host could do a bit more effort to make it more welcoming and confortable.

Proximity to the ferry.

Dirty bed sheet (hair + dust + smell), no soap nor shampoo (couldn’t see it was mentioned in the description).

The lift was a bit worn and I was worried about getting stuck in it.

the location is okay because its very in the center of the city.

The location was great, it felt safe. The view was nice.

There is no door that separates the bathroom from the studio. Needless to say, it makes the stay very uncomfortable. The studio itself is dated.

Great clean apartment near the port and shops/restaurant. Located in a secure building with a view over the rooftops to the sea. Great value for money.

The bed was a bit small otherwise everything else was great.

Very good communication with the owner, who explained in details how and where to get the keys. 10 min walking to the ferry terminal .

Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, but I understand it depends on each person. We asked if we could just leave the luggage earlier but it was not possible. We just spent one night so cannot really judge but everything looked quite old/used, saw cockroaches in the stairs in the building and could not find anything open after 18h (even the nearby shopping mall closed at 18h) and did not feel safe to walk around the neighborhood after dark.

Great communication and flexibility from the owner, nice and clean apartment very close to the city center. Great view, even including the sea, comfortable check in and check out thanks to the key safe.

As mentioned by others before, the air conditioning is somewhat loud but honestly not very disturbing. All in all very good price/value ratio!
