Having the whole house to ourselves

Decor was tired and the place needed a bit of TLC. Shower panel leaked, there was no underlay under the bedroom carpet. The hob extractor cover was dangerous as I kept whacking my head on it.

If was a clean and serene environment. The interior was beautiful and well arranged. I had a nice time and would recommend it to anyone visiting Wigan on holidays.

"disappointing needs to be brought up to standard."

nice house. modern but lacking in detail. Health and safety issues no smoke alarm no carbon monoxide detector no dinner plates. Hot water tap not working in bathroom. No tea towels not enough towels. No garden furniture and a large oil spill from a car on the drive which has started to spread in front of front door Mattress in rear bedroom needs replacing as very soft and worn out. No wardrobe in front bedroom.

As above but the lack of smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector is a legal requirement.
