We had a great stay. Our room had ample room, great views and very comfortable.

If we had to be extremely picky we would ask for a nicer bed and bedding/pillows. But we are spoiled at home so this was better than most hotels. :)

Easy access from the parking lot and to the pool/beach

Low lighting at the door made it hard to get in. TV in living room didn’t work correctly

I liked that everything was nice and clean. There really wasn’t that much furniture to make it bulky or be hard to clean! Everything came included ss far as towels, soap, blankets, extra pillows, and the balcony was really nice.

The staff is so rude here, I’ve beeen at a different resort and usually the staff is friendly but strict but i dont know the staff here was just rude and really strict on everything. I didn’t imagine the music or even getting help downstairs to help us around was not it. Luckily our renters were so quick to always answer us when needed. Also it was very annoying to be have to wait for security to just open the door each time you leave and get inside. I know its for safety measures but the girl head of security is even rude so doesn’t make it easy to just go in and out. She always nade it a hard time.
