Stays were good neat and clean. I have taken 3 rooms on the 1st floor which are good for the families. The place where it is situated is good too and some hotels are near by 1 to 2km so that you can go for Bf and Dnr

I would prefer if they can arrange any beverages in the morning it would be great and we need to buy the food from outside only. If you have your own transport that could not be a problem.

Property looks good & clean

Services were not met our expectations viz., No hot water facility as Geysers gone bad in all the rooms & not working property, No drinking water facility at rooms (need to buy bottled water), location is situated quite far away from Munnar town (16 Kms from Munnar Bus stand). People use public transport will have to face lot of challenges, this is really misguiding. This info being provided to make a quick review & initiate corrective action so that it helps other guests to have a wonderful experience.
