I had a great experience staying here. The location is just as I imagined only a short walk from Fewa Lake, which made it even more enjoyable. The comfort and cleanliness met my expectations perfectly. The only minor issue was that the staff wasn't easily reachable over the phone, but it didn’t affect my overall experience much. Everything else was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay

There were a few minor issues, such as delays in reaching someone over the phone when I needed something. However, these were barely noticeable and didn’t affect my overall experience. I was happy and satisfied with my stay

Just wish it was closer to the lake. It’s a 15min. walk.

The hosts were very nice and hospitable. The room we had was spacious, with a balcony and small kitchen. They provided drinking water and let us use the washing machine which was very appreciated. The location is just a 15 in walk from the lake, more in the residential area with less hotels which was nice. Still lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The room smelled like very strong perfume - not air freshener, not incense, but women's perfume. As if the walls or the curtains were sprayed before we came in. The smell was so strong and lingering; every time we came back into the room from outside it would take a while to get used to it (it didn't go away during our 4 night stay, even having the windows open all the time and burning our own incense).

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Pokhara, I highly recommend Nishan Apartments. A group of four of us stayed in various rooms at Nishan’s for five weeks, and they were all absolutely fantastic. The apartments are clean and comfortable, complete with fans, televisions, and cooking amenities if you want to cook. The Nishan family is delightful and extremely hospitable, and the lovely maid will kindly clean your rooms and bedding if you ask. I felt so at home at Nishan Apartments that it made our stay in Pokhara even more fantastic.

Very clean property's in a well situated and quiet location within a short walk to Lakeside

Very good location - short walk into Lakeside, with very good forest walk behind the apartment. Access to the roof which is being developed into a comfortable seating area.

The place is clean. The owners are friendly and the location is around 10-15 mins walk from Lakeside in a quiet neighborhood.

The room felt a little too small for a studio apartment.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, with a view on a forest (birds singing when you wake up in a morning were definitely a highlight!) After trekking we’ve used the washing machine a couple of times - thank you for that! Also we liked the staff, very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

If I had to find one thing, maybe kitchen could be slightly better equipped (cutlery, salt, sugar, cloths).
