Apartment was nice. Communication was smooth. Flexible with late check-in. Parking was easy around the neighborhood.

Shampoo and hygiene products were enough for 1 night only, even though the listing clearly mentioned "free toiletries." When we asked, we were told these were just a complimentary gift and not actually included. This is misleading, as according to Booking.com, "free toiletries" should be provided throughout the stay—not just once. We had to buy our own and then toss them as we travelled by plane. We also noticed a few ants in the room, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the door could not be locked with a key, and the latch was not functional, which made us feel unsafe.

Very nice and spacious apartment, located just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The host was very friendly and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment was easy to access and well-equipped. The only downside was the parking – it wasn’t always easy to find a spot nearby. However, we recommend using the “Parcheggio del Tribunale,” which is just a few meters from the apartment. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

This was one of the best stays we've ever had! The apartment was really cozy, close to the old town and various places to eat. The owner was suuuuuper nice, gave us info and directions for the city beforehand, and also left complementary breakfast, water, and coffee. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the little details made it even more homey - a hairdryer, umbrellas by the door, etc.

The parking situation if you arrive by car, but that's hardly something the owners can help with - it's just the city. Luckily, we found an unregulated parking nearby between Penny and DOK market, so anyone with car should try it out.

The accommodation is perfect. It is in a fantastic location, just a 15-minute easy walk to the old town. Nearby, there are well-stocked markets. The accommodation is impeccably tidy and clean. It is comfortable for both staying and sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The host is very kind and provides all the necessary and useful information. Communication is very easy. There is also an option for airport transfer, which is highly recommended and very affordable.
