Porth View Newquay

What a great find! Comfortable, clean, spacious and very well equipped. Nice walk to the beach, across the road from a lovely Indian restaurant/take out, lively welcome gift of bubbles and cake. Communication throughout our stay was great too.

Wasn't a dislike for us but if you're a light sleeper keep the windows closed at night as the traffic was loud.

I loved the space and the fact there were toys for the child plus the curry house right over the road was Amazing too

The location couldn’t have been better it was perfect and the cleanliness was incredible it was are first stay at an air bnb so we was a bit skeptical but we was blown away when we entered the property its actually bigger than the pictures look and it was spotless throughout. Carly & Steve were so good with communication through out the process and we even arrived to some goodies which was such a lovely thoughtful thing. We will definitely be looking at booking again. Would highly recommend this house to stay for a little getaway and to explore the breathtaking beaches surrounding it.

Shower very Cosy

The property is in a good location 15 mins walk to town. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped with everything you need. The house has lots of space in the living areas for families and a lovely private back garden. The bedrooms are a good size and quiet despite the busy road outside. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived but these were quickly resolved by the very friendly property management team - we were grateful for their swift and professional approach. There are two sitting areas so we were able to spread out a bit which was lovely. We also used the outside seating area a lot - particularly in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only negatives for us were: The small shower unit. It's odd as the bathroom is a decent size but the shower unit is very small and a larger person, or someone with accessibility needs would probably not be very comfortable using it. There is a bath as well. The other negative was the volume of pet hair that's on the sofas and carpets. There was a lot and the house probably needs some extra attention after a guest with pets stays. There was no recycling bin so we had to take our glass and cardboard with us.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable property with everything you need to make yourself feel at home away from home. Couldn’t fault anything with the property or hosts, notified them it was my girlfriends birthday and they went above and beyond with flowers, chocolate's, bottle of Prosecco and even happy birthday banners! Location is perfect and have everything you need in just a short distance! Will be returning at some point 😊!

Wow what a beautiful house, everything you need and more. Well resourced, decorated to a very high standard. The hosts made us feel really welcome and goodies that were there on arrival were a nice touch. The home is located near great attractions such as Newquay zoo and Mawgan Porth

There is nothing to dislike. I will be booking again
