Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The price definitely didn’t match the value. While parking was listed as free, in reality, it was nearly impossible to find a spot, which caused a lot of inconvenience. A heads-up, honesty and some work-arounds would be highly appreciated; At the end we found some residential areas 10 mins walk away where it was a bit easier, but would be a better experience when the host could have sent some google maps pins and recommendations about where to park. The property was full of mosquitoes, even though we barely opened the windows, so they must have been there before — mosquito nets would have been very helpful. The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking even a single proper knife for food preparation (just a basic bread knife), which made cooking quite frustrating. Also, not providing a fresh sponge felt unhygienic. The most unpleasant part, however, was the sensor light in the corridor. It triggered a harsh, bright white light every time we passed by, even during the evening or night. If you're a light-sensitive or health-conscious guest concerned about the impact of artificial light on sleep, this will likely be a problem. We asked the hosts to turn it off, but they simply said it wasn’t possible and didn’t offer any alternative.

The place is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the train station. There are great restaurants and cafes along the way. We easily found a free parking spot, and the host was friendly and attentive to our questions.

The shower drain was clogged when we arrived.

Very spacious apartment with everything you need. Close to store, bakery and bus station. Great price/performance.

The bedsheets smelled pretty bad and we had only two towels for 4 night. Also we had some dishes , but nothing to wash the dishes, no sponge or dish soap

Nice apartment, comfy beds, good supermarket nearby. Coffee machine and a small toaster provided. Nice bathroom. La Spezia is a good choice if you want to explore Cinque Terre. Very nice and helpful owners.

For me too far from the train station and from the centre. I thought, there was a kitchen but there wasn't. Generally there is nothing special in LS just a town.

Our stay unfortunately was not as comfortable as we expected. 1. Firstly, there was no kettle in the accommodation and we were asked to use the only pot to boil water. This was extremely inconvenient for our family as we had to cook food, boil pasta and try to make tea at the same time using just one pot. 2. Secondly, the lack of proper knives caused difficulties. There was only one bread knife which made it difficult to cut meat, cheese and other foods. When we asked for additional knives, the hosts refused. Also, no towels or rags were provided to wipe down tables and surfaces. 3- There was no corkscrew for wine, ( In Italy without a corkscrew and a pizza knife adds to the inconvenience, probably it was stolen) 4. The iron sheet for the oven was greasy/dirty and there was no foil or baking paper, only empty and already used packages. 5. There was no spatula for the skillet 6. There is plenty of storage space for clothes in the bedroom, but there were only about 5 clothes hangers. This created clutter in the room. 7. The set of towels was incomplete : One large two medium and one small. And they were very damp, almost wet at the time of check-in. Or was not dry enough. The host claimed that the kitchen was fully equipped, but in reality the most obhodimomu lacked. Listed above. About parking: it is not in the minus to the gel, but to look for a free parking lot is very hard. Finally, we were disappointed with the condition of the washing machine. It was dirty and in some white lint from something woolen and when we tried to wash things after traveling, they were even worse than before washing. It was unpleasant and unexpected.

The apartment was very clean and the location perfect. The kitchen was good, only thing we missed was a kettle.

Bed was not the best one for us.

Everything was perfect. The distance to the station is 15-20 walk so it is very comfortable to move around Cinqo Terre. Also the room is very silent since it is not on ghe main road so it is for everyone who values silence
