"Brilliant long weekend celebrating mum’s 60th!"

Really nice and spacious property and felt homely in an amazing location. The space was comfortably big enough for 6 of us plus a 2 year old and 2 dogs. Lower mill estate is amazing with so much to keep everyone occupied and brilliant road links. Would highly recommend this location and this property :)

"Relaxing and rejuvenating."

It has a central location within the development but felt very secluded and quiet. Surrounded by nature and lots of balconies to enjoy it from. Great property.

House was beautiful and the grounds are lovely, house was very clean and all bedrooms were excellent and very comfortable! Had a really lovely stay! House comfortably fits 9 people. Would definitely recommend and hopefully revisit ourselves!

"Lovely Property but Mainteainence Issues"

Spacious property in a lovely location. Very close to the centre of the Estate and the main facilities but still quiet. Layout was good for a multi generational group. Bedrooms very comfortable.

What could have been a really great stay was, in our opinion, let down by poor attention to maintenance. In particular the kitchen area (kettle - needs descaling, Dishwasher - facia fell off, Oven - seal loose, etc). BBQ was unusable as looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Some of lamps not working, etc. I could go on but you get the picture.
