La habitacion ha conseguido superar nuestras expectativas. Habitacion comoda, con buen tamaño y baño bonito y moderno. La calle muy cerca del centro y zona residencial silenciosa.

Chambre trop chaude, impossible de baisser le chauffage cuisine partagée où les autres se servent dans votre nourriture. Occupant de l une des autres Chambres éméché, bruyant, qui ne nettoie pas la cuisine, après avoir mangé vos victuailles, qui laisse la porte d entrée toujours ouverte

Beautiful clean modern room. Beautiful furniture, great bathroom, great shower. Easy to check in and check out. Very easy to find and very good location.

My room was quiet, cosy, spacious, well-appointed, perfectly clean, and comfortable. I thought at first it might be noisy, due to proximity to the street, but the traffic dissipated quickly and my sleep was undisturbed. The owners have created and maintained a very nice accommodation for visitors. It is a short walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. For those not familiar with Derry, don't worry, the area is perfectly safe and orderly.

It would be nice to either have a key to the entry door on the room key fob or to have a light over the exterior lock box. At night I found it difficult to distinguish the numbers on the lock to put in the lock box code. Magnifying glasses and light from my mobile were necessary. It was easy enough in daylight, and for younger people with perfect vision it probably wouldn't be a problem at night.
