The host was very helpful!

Great location and good value for money

My room did have a window but it wasn’t one you could open so didn’t enjoy not being able to freshen the room. The only temperature in the shower was boiling hot, took owner 5 days to fix

One bathroom and WC for 5 bedrooms is not practical Too close from railway, very noisy No curtains therefore bright in the morning

It’s very clean, have all the facilities that we needed! The bed was confortable, it’s a calm area!

There is just one bathroom where we can shower

The landlord is very caring and friendly. Fast communication and customer orientation. The rooms, bathroom, kitchen and the house in general is very tidy and taken care of. I always feel very welcome, especially when had a tough day travelling on the day of arrival it is the right place to calm down and regain energy.

The property is located in a Victorian Terrace and has been nicely renovated with a superb bathroom and a great kitchen. The property was meticulously clean and Alfred was a brilliant host, showing me where the shops and restaurants were after I was settled in. He even provided slippers which was an excellent touch! Very handy location for where I was working. Outstanding value for money. I have no hesitation at all in recommending!!

The only issue for me was the room was not ensuite, but I knew going in that the bathroom was shared. I was fortunate to have been on my own in the property, but whether on your own or not, make sure you have a soak in that >amazing< bath.

Alfred was very accommodating and the whole place was kept very neat and clean.

I wish there had been more utilities in the kitchen like a kitchen knife and pasta strainer.
