York Street Apartments by Blackpool Service Apartments

The flat is super clean and I enjoy how comfortable we were.

No washing machine 😁, but glad they should us where we can do the laundry.

There was a horrible smell in the apartment and we had to keep the windows open- I even bought a fragranced candle to try and mask the smell in the lounge. The fan was dirty and I had to clean this prior to use when I tried to get rid of the smell. The view from the back bedroom showed lots of rubbish in the backyard and the windows were not clean but accept it is a seaside town with seagulls! Few kitchen utensils missing such as corkscrew and spatula- just overall disappointing for £250

Great location close to all amenities, 5 minute walk to Beach, central pier, Madame Tusards....etc

Only problem was parking, little car park on York St charged £25 for 24hr but found cheaper carr park on coop at £30 for 4 days...

They apartment was in 4th floor and wrongly mentioned that it is suitable for 2 adults and 2 child

Poor location , no staff and no cooperation from the staff. Not a great one for family. Location is not suitable for families

The property has potential to be really lovely after fresh decor/TLC. However, the location itself feels quite unsafe and not entirely suitable for families with children.

The property was in an awful state. Completely unclean and dirty, smelt of damp and smoke which was so uncomfortable. The shower/bathroom had mould as well as the sink. The floor was dirty and the property had not had a deep clean in a very long time. There was a hole in the lounge ceiling which had fallen through dampness. The cot was filthy and stains all around it. This whole apartment was inhabitable. We contacted the host and were moved onto another property which was again unclean, the cot was even worse and there were open nails sticking out of the carpet. Do not stay here with children!

The flat was modern,cozy & spacious. It has everything you need for a great stay, the kitchen is well equipped & clean. The bed is comfortable. My daughter loved sleeping on the big armchair! Managed to fit us in at very short notice & accommodated our wee dog so he didn't miss out on the beach!

Could have been a bit cleaner nothing major. I used to be a house keeper so I noticed little things like cob webs, dusty sills & grimey corners. There was also a smell of stale smoke in the property, particularly on the sofa.
