It was super clean and well equipped. Beautiful apartment block in the centre of Turin and the apartment has been finished to a really high spec. Enrico was really welcoming and informative. Would recommend.

We loved everything about this apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-decorated. It was so nice to have a balcony and large windows to enjoy the beautiful weather we had. The building felt safe, was very quiet, and has laundry facilities. Enrico is a friendly host and it was extremely easy to communicate with him. The dining options he recommended were great. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I recently stayed at this room, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a restful stay.

The location was central with easy access to main squares and hot spots. The property was well insulated having had no issues with noise from outside. The lift was appreciated with heavy luggage and use of luggage storage after check-out. Shower pressure and temperature was consistent. The balcony was a nice addition if it were warmer.

The inclusion of an enforced late check-in fee despite the window being short and our true arrival time not considered to be late was a disappointment. Felt blindsided after booking as not mentioned in the initial listing. Apparently the owner lives outside the city so he enforces this fee for any check-ins outside the 2/3 hours in the early afternoon. Upon arrival the property door had a key safe box so self check-in could be facilitated to avoid someone having to come out. Was slightly frustrated by this as there wasn't anything special with the in person check-in. Few pillows on the bed, two each should suffice rather than one each. Lack of control over heating. Claimed it was handled this way to save on cost but felt it hindered what was truly needed in the moment given we couldn't raise or lower then and there.

Enrico was a super host, very informative. Location was fantastic. Very modern apartment.

Amazing host and apartment !

We were very pleased that our host, Enrico, was able to meet our request for an early check-in. He met us on arrival, helped us with our luggage and introduced us to the apartment. He offered suggestions of what we might like to see and do while in Turin. Enrico met up with us again as we checked out on the final day. We appreciated his friendly and helpful manner. In Centro Charme Apartments are well located and within easy walking distance of museums, restaurants and supermarkets (including the excellent Biraghi Food Store in neighbouring Pizza San Carlo). Our second floor apartment faced onto Via XX Settembre, a busy thoroughfare with a tramline as well as regular traffic. Nevertheless, traffic noise was never obtrusive. The apartment we booked was a bed-sitter. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom was small but modern and functional.

While comfortable and generally functional, the apartment could be improved. The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work. The main rug at the foot of the bed is worn and needs cleaning. Written instructions would be very helpful on simple things - like which of the many kitchen switches relate to the various lights and appliances, how to operate the TV, cooktop, coffee machine and fold-up bed, where to find additional towels, and where to take rubbish once it has been sorted (as requested). The only television channels available are Italian. While we can understand the Italian language, other TV channels such as BBC World News, and CNN International would have been appreciated.

Property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Francesca and Enrico were very welcoming! They even called a cab for us to get us back to the airport after our stay, amazing staff!
