Struttura molto bella e curata immersa nella natura, servizi eccellenti e lo staff sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza.

La struttura è molto bella ma situata in punto un po scomodo per via della strada sterrata, inoltre come già scritto nella prenotazione c'è qualche animale e ci siamo ritrovati escrementi nella camera però ti avvisano già di questo.

Le cadre, l’ensemble de la chambre, le personnel, la nourriture, tout était parfait. Il y a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer un excellent moment

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich. Paya, die Labradorhündin erobert alle Herzen. Jonas, der Rezeptionist, kümmert sich um alle Anliegen und betreut die Gäste des Hotels perfekt. Die Lage ist für ruheliebende Menschen ideal. Mit den Motorrollern kann man jederzeit alles einfach erreichen.

Es war wunderbar an diesem Ort zu sein.

Das ist ein besonderer, ruhiger Platz im trubligen El Nido. Etwas ausserhalb, im Dschungel, hat man hier seine Ruhe. Die Cottages sind wunderschön, lassen sich gut schliessen und kühlen. Die Angestellten sind super nett und das Pancake Frühstück der hammer! Auch der kostenlose Scooter (ohne den gehts nicht!) ist ein super Sache. Wifi ist ebenfalls bestens vorhanden. Die Anlage wird übrigens noch erweitert: das kommt super!

Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die man für diesen Zimmerpreis m.E. noch verbessern müsste..Wassser"druck" am Wasserhahn, Wassertemperatur der Dusche, extrem weiche Matratze. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass der Pick-Up vom Flughafen umsonst ist, aber für den Transport zur Fähre satte 500 Pesos anfallen. Kosten dafür ja, aber dieser Preis schien uns unverhältnismässig hoch (im Vergleich zu allen anderen Orten unserer Reise) und hat uns drum sehr überrascht.

This is a lovely spot away from the bustle of El Nido in a quiet spot in the rainforest. They will take you into town and organise excursions. There isn’t a lot to do when you are in the accommodation but relax. They provide a small complimentary meal for the first night which was very delicious and a good breakfast. The staff are lovely brr we big very welcoming and friendly. It is worth taking them up on the offer of a transfer. It is also not far from the airport. They provide free mopeds but we didn’t feel confident enough to take them up on the offer!

As pessoas, especialmente a comida do Mike que estava sempre pronto para fazer qualquer coisa para nós, nem que fosse uma omelete. É deslocado do centro de el nido o que para nós foi ótimo porque podemos descansar. Sentimo-nos sempre seguros porque o staff dorme no mesmo perímetro

Staff was very kind, always at our disposal, very helpful and cooperative.

La qualité du service, la gentillesse du personnel.

Unique experience! The rooms were neat with bamboo all around. You could hear noises from birds and geckos around the room which is very relaxing if you like nature. The breakfast was great and the team was beyond thoughtful and accommodating! We booked a tour through them, then we decided to change to a private tour which they arranged super quickly and since we were starting very early they packed our breakfast to go without us having to ask! Never seen a better costumer service!
