Posizione eccellente. Molto pulita. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile.

Materassi dei letti a divano molto scomodi.

L’accoglienza del personale, super carini e gentili! Ci hanno offerto acqua e caffè appena arrivati. Ci hanno risposto subito per qualsiasi richiesta. La posizione, centralissima!

Potrebbero migliorare mettendo delle salviette di carta monouso in stanza e la pulizia generale della camera.

La posizione in zona pedonale permette di visitare Palermo in modo ottimale.

Location was great once you arrived for walkable sites. Staff was very kind and tried to help but never resolved wifi issues etc.

Room was VERY basic and nothing like the photos on the site. Parking was NOT on site, not easy, and extremely difficult with luggage and getting to the location. WiFi NEVER worked the entire stay in our room; I had to awkwardly sit in the hallway to use it. Noise: very disturbing anytime someone walked in hall, spoke outside in the hallway, slammed doors, etc. o could hear everything the neighbors said very loudly. NOT sound proof. Water was surging on and off while using showers and sink like it was going to explode. I asked for a refund of some kind due to wifi and sound issues but they offered free nights but since I live in the US I don’t plan to return to Palermo in the next year and would not stay here again, so that is useless to me and I would appreciate some compensation for the lack of working services advertised.
