Struttura moderna, pulita e curata nei particolari dall'arredamento alla bellissima zona esterna comoda e attrezzata con posto auto dove abbiamo parcheggiato un minivan usato per gli spostamenti. Ottima accoglienza e assistenza dall'host. Siamo stati veramente molto bene. Grazie

Ha un buon potenziale ma ci sono alcune accortezze che andrebbero migliorate, ad esempio la manutenzione generale e in particolare delle tubature. La connessione ad Internet sarebbe da rivedere

The owner and concierge Giulio were fantastic! They were attentive, easy to communicate with, and were so kind. We also, went to the restaurant that Giulio works in, Auras. It. Was. Fantastic. The best meal of our trip and he made us feel so welcome and special. The location worked for us because we were there for a short period of time and being near the port worked for us. We also found it convenient that there were so many placed in walking distance. We took cabs to get to Negombo and Forio. We loved our visit and the property was spacious and clean.

Some might find being so close to the ferry and how busy it can get when passengers are coming off and getting on a con but it was a location that worked for us. Also, we didn't have any issue with noise, as some of the other reviews have mentioned.

Very nice house at a good location. Short walk to a small beach. Close to restaurants and shops. A very nice garden to relax in. Everything you need in the house - including a washing machine.

Well appointed villa right on the ferry dock - we drove straight off our ferry and into the parking area. Sofia was very helpful in greeting us and subsequently with recommendations and guidance, etc. Sofia was very responsive and efficient and her restaurant recommendations excellent. The villa was soundproof and the AC effective. Ferry traffic at the location can be a little intense and car access challenging during these times, due to the loading and off loading of cars and passengers. On more than one occasion the Costieri (Coastguard) stopped us when trying to get back to the villa because they didn't even understand anyone could stay there, let alone with a car. WRT Ischia generally, whilst we had some lovely culinary experiences in the port area, we found the rest of it somewhat hard to access (we were on an extended road trip and had a big SUV) on narrow roads. The one time we used a taxi we were roundly ripped off - definitely check the price first. Procida is overrun with tourists and the service very slow and inattentive so we abandoned our visit after less than 2 hours. We also used Ischia as a base to visit and explore Napoli and this was more successful - the passenger boats are reasonably frequent and accessible.
