Clean and spacious.

The only room available was for disabled people, very adequately arranged with hoist, hospital bed and various other aids, but not very amenable for non-disabled people. The breakfast was a bit like Eastern Europe before the wall came down - for example, it was not allowed to order two different types of cereal, and the coffee and juices were rather industrial.

Clean, price was ok but the guy at reception was so helpful.

Lovely location, with a great view. Clean updated rooms, cycle storage and tools. Great breakfast.

The location and the views from the room were magnificent

The hotel is largly run as a respite care home with no evening meals and a bar only open once in our stay. The room first alocated with the requested walk in shower had to be rejected doue to air noise in the heating system. The alternative room had awful twin beds, too high for people of normal height. Staff were helpful but unable to make decisions without reference to others, non resident. We certainly did not book to stay in a care home.
