Host Francesco TOP,la casa accogliente, pulita e con tutti i servizi necessari. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro ,Ottima.Se di nuovo a Matera ,tornerò sicuramente da Francesco.

Alloggio ben strutturato e accogliente, pulizia e confort al top. Francesco il titolare massima disponibilità ci ha supportato in tutto, dalle escursioni ai ristoranti, fino al parcheggio dell'auto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Francesco communicated before arrival, met the car, got us checked in, and helped us find a parking place and park. OK also gave us great restauraunt and guide recommendations

The apt was very clean and spacious. The location was great as you could walk straight to the Sassi. Great 3 night stay.

I wish the room had some windows that opened to see outside view

the owner was quite responsive; the room was not that big but clean and with all the facilities to prepare your breakfast (no bkf option here!)

parking was difficult for us because the property is located on the border of ZTL, inside; we had to leave the car about 300m away in the street, but free parking and quite safe our room was facing the street so it was quite noisy in the late evening

Beautiful atmospheric property right in the heart of Matera. Gorgeously renovated and well equipped. Host very helpful and attentive - he made excellent recommendations for dinner and helped us with the parking. Absolutely recommended as a wonderful base for exploring the delights of Matera.
