Everything was perfect

My family absolutely loved staying at Shaomi South Beach. The two bedroom apartment that we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed and more. All of the managers and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of during our entire stay. Everyone at Shaomi was super nice and gave us the best recommendations for places to go in the area. Getting around was so easy with the trolley stop so close to the building. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend staying here!

The terrace is an absolute +. Its big and its perfect for the morning coffee. The pool looks like it has just been redone, and the area is filled with restaurants! We were 3 and it was very comfortable.

Terrible, to say the least. We had booked an apartment with a terrace. The terrace practically had no lighting at all, completely devoid of light fixtures, so we were never able to use it in the evening. As for the rest of the apartment, I believe the photos speak for themselves in indicating the worn-out condition of the place, which seems to be in a state of abandonment. Unfortunately a limited number of photos can be uploaded here, I have many more. It is a shame that an apartment in such a state is offered to customers without having undergone extensive renovations first. Absolutely to be avoided!

Just location.

The apartment looked good according to the photos and average price. But really only the location was good. The rest left a lot to be desired. We were 4 people and would stay 4 nights. And there were no utensils and towels available for all guests. On the third day it rained heavily and a leak appeared inside the room. I sent a message to the owner and there was no response. The facilities left a lot to be desired, very old curtains and windows. We needed to check if there were any windows open because on the first night we noticed that at dusk there were small insects everywhere.

This is a perfect apartment in the best location of south beach. Leslie was amazing, welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine, it was really unexpected. The apartment is well furnished, maybe just add a little more cleaning stuff like windex. It was 1 min walk to the beach and the sorbillo pizza place in the building is fantastic.
