"Comfortable apartment, short walk from Coldingham Bay"

Spacious, clean and nicely decorated open plan apartment with all you could need for a short stay, plus nice extra touches to make the apartment welcoming and homely. Great, quiet location and comfortable bed. Steps by drive lead to a short wooded walk down to lovely Coldingham Sands beach.

Good location, clear check in info, good kitchen with handy add ons

Cleaning was probably up to the UK standard, but not to the continental standard. The second bed had sand in it.

"Just lovely!"

Spacious open-plan living, lovely decor, all we needed for a few days stay. Biscuits, coffee, tea supplied and some butter & jam in the fridge. Great double shower. Easy entry, didn’t see owners who live next door. Steps by drive lead to a wooded walk down to beautiful Coldingham Sands beach. Great coffee and cakes at Old School Cafe, St Abbs. Lovely pub meal and chat at the New Inn , Coldingham.

I like firmer pillows.

"Access to fabulous beach was excellent"

Everything we needed for a short stay was available. Beds comfortable and kitchen appliances clean and easy to use. I particularly liked the hose at front door to shower the sand off my crocs and feet after walking up from beach!

Perfect location, lovely accommodation with everything you need and really clean. I couldn't fault it. Really friendly hosts, even offered some beach toys for our little girl. We'll definitely be back
