GBI recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Palm West house booked through Booking.com, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The house was not only beautifully designed and comfortable, but it also had the convenience of back-up electricity, ensuring a hassle-free stay. What truly impressed me was the level of security at the house - I felt safe and secure throughout my entire stay, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. Additionally, the quiet ambiance of the house provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to my stay, and I truly appreciated their attentiveness to ensure that everything was perfect during my time there. Overall, my experience at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secure, comfortable, and welcoming accommodation option. Road to the place
USRooms were decently clean and beds were comfortable. Location felt secure. Owner/manager was very friendly and check in was easy on arrival.
There was only 1 partial roll of toilet paper in the whole house, our booking was for 6 people for a 2 night stay. There were a ton of dead ants (and lots of live ones) in the bathroom on the edge of the bath tub. WiFi did not work, then when repaired the password given was wrong, we didn't get this resolved until the evening of our last night, and we didn't have any cellular reception to be able to reach out to the friends we were traveling with that had another booking across town, or contact the owner. The morning after our first stay our key fob wouldn't open the gate, and once again, no wifi or cellular reception to contact the owner to ask for help. We couldn't get out and our ride couldn't get in, made us 30 minutes late for a meeting we had in town.
