Ottimo soggiorno in un alloggio spazioso ed accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario; con aria condizionata, ma sufficientemente fresco anche tenendola spenta, nonostante la calura esterna. Da sottolineare la cortesia e la premura verso l' ospite da parte dei proprietari, davvero rara da trovarsi. Da tornarci ad occhi chiusi.

L' unico neo, non imputabile ai padroni di casa, è che la zona circostante non è ben tenuta. È comunque tranquilla, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema anche rientrando di notte ed è a circa 15-20 minuti di passeggiata sia da Ortigia che dal Parco Archeologico.

The apartment was great - beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The owners of the apartment are very welcoming and polite. When we arrived, there were cold drinks waiting for us in the refrigerator, and various goodies on the kitchen table. The apartment has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The location is 20 minutes from the historical center of Syracuse on foot, on a quiet street where there is always parking. There is a store five minutes away where you can buy all the necessary products. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, and would be happy to come again!!! The perfect price-quality ratio.

The host was super accommodating and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, clean and very welcoming! The location is also unbeatable. Our host made sure that we knew all the places to visit. Highly recommended.

Lack of comfortable outdoor space

The apartment was perfect. Very spacious and had everything I needed. It is in great location and very quiet. The owners were so nice and left items for breakfast and snacks.

The hosts are so lovely, let us drop our baggage off very early, bought us a coffee at local bar. They really take pride and care in this home, such attention to detail. Easy to park car, and only 10 min walk to Ortigia. Great kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. Another bonus is the Caravaggio in church, 1 minute away. Highly recommended ❤️

Relatively close to Ortigia, about 20 minutes walk.

We booked for 3 nights and it was a very bad experience. The whole apartment smells strongly of damp. All furniture and fittings are old. The bed is not matrimonial, it has two old single mattresses, close one to each other (as you can see in the photos). The mattresses are smaller than the bed frame and very uncomfortable. The photos of the apartment are taken with the windows closed or the curtains drawn to keep the ugly outside out of the window. The windows from the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom look out onto a very dirty internal terrace which is in an inner courtyard of the building. There you can hear all the neighbors speaking. The owner who lives upstairs walks in heels starting at 6 in the morning. The living room has no window and you can only air through the front door. Water from the shower drains into the kitchen. The 22 reviews so far do not reflect the reality of this accommodation. Definitely do not recommend!

Felt like home. Big apartment very clean .Nice people great hospitality. Welcoming breakfast. Easy parking area . I would definitely recommended 👌 to anyone

The hosts are absolutely wonderful and helpful, the location of primo (and easy 15 min walk to Ortigia and a half block from a big piazza park with two great little cafes for coffee & cocktails. But the lovely place & wonderful hosts really made the place special.
