The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They assisted us whenever needed and made the check-in process smooth.
The room and bathroom were very small. The bedsheets were not clean and did not meet expectations. The room heater was not working properly. There was also no table or luggage rack available in the room to place our bags and personal belongings.
