Bed was super comfy, stuff friendly and location is quite. Pool also awesome!

It’s clean, I like the idea of having a kitchen and lots of sitting areas to eat. The staff are amazing.

I think the kitchen utensils can be monitored a bit better to ensure cleanliness

Place was quite, clean, big, and beautiful and the owner very kind despite that she could not speak proper English.

I made the booking reservation specifically because they offered breakfast. When I arrived there, they said since this month they don't offer it anymore. Was a big surprise as my plans changed quite a lot because of that. I also paid a price which specifically included a breakfast. I didn't like this at all.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Noise really early morning. my room was tucked away in corner on bottom floor. Also many insect.

Communication was a bit disjointed. I requested a pickup from the airport, which they indicated was possible, but due to a delay with the communication I had to get to the hotel myself. I was then told that I was going to be refunded for the cost for me get to the hotel - it never happened. Also, the steps to the upper floor are really steep. Might be worth including a warning on this for the elderly or people with bad knees. The road noise in the room is really loud too.
