"Clean and big room with good conditions, any of things in the room was not broken etc."

Bed and a lot of towels.

Breakfast was too late like 11am on weekend's was about 12am but menu was nice and breakfast was tasty.

"The shower water was cold."

When we arrived at the given address, the hotel wasn't there. We asked locals nearby, and they directed us to a restaurant. Once inside, we spoke to a waiter who went to speak with someone in the kitchen. That person then took us to the hotel. If we hadn't asked people in the area, we wouldn't have been able to find the hotel at the address given on the map.

The water in the bathroom suddenly turned cold and couldn't be fixed. We had to shower in another hotel room late at night.
