Clean, spacious, comfortable. Loved the extra little touches

It proved difficult to find as the post code takes you to a closed road. A brief guide to the facilities would be useful- I didn’t find the heating controls until the morning. It was obvious once I’d spotted it but I didn’t know what I was looking for, I wasn’t cold, but I’d liked to have been a little warmer.

Lovely relaxing, warm, cosy atmosphere well decorated, with all the amenities you need. Nothingn was to much for the family who own it. Comfy bed, great jacuzzi bath, provided squash, tea, coffee, milk and snacks. Close to pubs and restaurants (5min taxi drive) Highly recommended and would definitely go back.

The WiFi connection was not great so could not watch netflix or other on demand channels on offer but this was not an important factor of the stay and did not affect our stay.

It was very homey, I felt instantly comfortable, the bathroom was amazing and I loved the little details like the snacks and the fresh milk in the fridge, the little sweetie jars on the table. I would 100% return.

The WiFi connection was poor and it was difficult to find, though we rang the owner who answered straight away who was very helpful

Absolutely unforgettable stay just amazing the privacy and comfort is 10/10 the host was lovely and so helpful the cabin it’s self was beautiful inside and out the decor was beautifully put together the best nights sleep I’ve had in what feels like forever we will definitely be back

When approaching the lodge it was a bit dark and muddy. It's way too over looked and it was absolutely freezing even after leaving the heating on while going out for dinner and when we returned after a number of hours the place was still freezing
