Удобное расположение в центре города, наличие парковки, понятные инструкции и бесконтактное заселение, наличие капсул для кофе-машины, чая и сахара.

Отсутствие информации в описании номера (важной информации) о необходимости уплаты дополнительного туристического налога наличкой, что предполагает дополнительные расходы и об этом сообщают за пару дней до заселения. Брелок от гаража был убран так, что на поиски ушло минут 10. Мелкие минусы (но это относится ко многим апартаментам): отсутствие соли, перца и масла для постояльцев (не так дорого, а людям приятно и есть возможность приготовить еду при наличии кухни 😊).
