A/C not that much cooling. Asked 400 rs extra for A/C and not reduced single penny. Wifi not provided. No free water given which is basic amenties. A/C drain is coming out in bathroom. Lot of noise coming from bathroom from other room persons, too much noisy. parking not comfortable.

Everything else. The room was stinking, dust buildups and cobwebs in entire room. The amenities are the worst, bed sheet, pillow covers, blanket everything was stinking and seemed not washed for months. The property needs to go under renovation. Customers won't mind paying extra but owner should see from customer POV
