Sedie Volanti Apartment with Jacuzzi

Spacious and clean. The big tub/jacuzzi was a hit for the kids. Walking distance to a lot of attractions in palermo

the location was ok, close to the center and restaurants. the advantage was that the apartment had everything, it was large and spacious. Good communication with personel. Ok if you do not want to use balconies.

the balconies were terrible, the view from them too. dogs on chains, the smell of excrement, I felt terribly sorry for them. Micro balconies with no air. Dirty bathtub, broken shower head, clogged sinks, torn bed, party in the apartment next door

The apartment is located in a renovated building in the heart of the city: its major monuments and attractions are all within a walking distance. It also has a good supermarket and a bakery right across the street. The flat is brand new, with large and finely furnished rooms. The 2 bathrooms are kept spotless and one of them, quite large, comes also with a Jacuzzi. The kitchen is wide, airy and very well equipped. Both the landlady and the landlord are polite, precise and helpful.

There was an elevator and the flat was very spacious. It had a lot of amenities needed for a longer stay - iron, washing machine, hairdryer, kitchen utensils. The host was very welcoming and we had no problems throughout the stay. The AC worked nice and made the heat outside bearable at night.

The bed was VERY creaky and the AC was quite noisy too. The shower curtain was a little bit annoying.

Clean and central

The owner welcomed us nicely and gave us the keys, he showed us the apartment, which has large and bright rooms. He told us everything about the tourist offer, what we should visit, where to eat, etc... The owner is extremely friendly and the apartment is very beautiful, everything was above expectations, we had a really nice vacation.
