Le Calbanon cilaos

Location

Bathroom sink was extremely tiny. There was very low lighting level in the bathroom, lots of dirt under the beds, dirty fridge, beds were not made up (we did arrive early but the owner never attempted to contact us about our arrival time, unlike at other properties we stayed at). There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the toilet and we bought more from the local supermarket. When we complained to the owner via Booking.com, they came a left 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people. Also we had no towels and another resident gave us towels from a washing line which we do not know if they were clean or not.

Stinky room giving us nausea, very noisy you can hear everyone in the living room like if they were in your own bedroom, dirty toilets.

Perfect location.

Mould in bathroom and bedroom, felt sick in the bedroom . No staff to welcome, need to call a number which caused extra phone charge. The bedroom, bathroom, toilet not maintained. For example you cannot lock the toilet door. Bedding very old didn't feel clean.

Clean, spacious room with everything one might need :).
