We would like to inform our valued customers that: For Moroccan couples or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality), a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented during check-in. It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodations or residence. Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and legal action. Guests are kindly requested to adopt a respectful attitude towards the neighborhood (quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not allowed. If the rules of conduct are not followed, the agency reserves the right to expel tenants before the end of their stay. Any additional guest must be declared to the host. Only families, couples, and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodations, following residence rules. Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims any responsibility in case of negligence by the Tenant. Transportation or Activities Absolutely, YOUR HOST team can also provide information and assistance with transportation and activities in Marrakech: Transportation And Activities Options: - We can help arrange airport transfers for guests, either by private car or shared shuttle. - They can provide information on using local taxis, providing guidance on approximate fares and etiquette. - For getting around the city, We can also assist with arranging private car rentals or chauffeur services if guests prefer more flexibility. Activity Recommendations: - YOUR HOST team can give suggestions for must-see attractions and activities in Marrakech, tailored to the guests' interests. Recommendations for the Stay: - Once the check-in is complete, the team can provide recommendations for interesting places to visit in Marrakech. - Suggestions may include historic sites, museums, gardens, markets, and other cultural attractions. - The team can also inform guests about any special events or festivals happening during their stay. Traditional Moroccan Dining Experience: - If guests are interested, the team can arrange for them to enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner on the property. - This could include a multi-course meal featuring authentic Moroccan dishes, music, and cultural entertainment. - The team can provide details on the menu, timing, and cost of this optional dining experience. By providing a smooth check-in process, helpful local recommendations, and the opportunity to immerse in Moroccan cuisine and culture, the team can ensure guests have a warm and memorable start to their stay.
