"Nice house, no so clean. We did not feel comfortable and were unable to relax."

We were expecting to gain access at 3pm. When we called prior to arrival, we were told that the house had a guest and still needed to be cleaned. We would not be able to gain access until later in the evening. When we complained that we really needed to be in as soon as possible, we were told we could have access at about 4pm. Upon arriving the house was dirty and needed to be cleaned. We did not feel comfortable.
