"Worst experience ever"

We left this property as soon as we arrived. The pictures are not even close to the actual apartment bait & switch scam . I can’t believe booking allowed this and even more shocked that they have not assisted with refund. The only toilet was broke, beds falling apart, very dangerous neighborhood. I will use Airbnb from now on
