Loved everything about this place. Great location, excellent breakfast and above all best staff. Specially Jaroslav from reception was super helpful and knowledgeable and helped us with everything needed. Couldn’t asked for better service and accommodation. Highly recommended this amazing hotel in the heart of Lviv

Все, окрім персоналу в ресторані!

Мені сподобалось все, окрім персоналу в ресторані! Я вже не вперше в цьому готелі, ще минулого разу відмітила неприязнь! Але цього разу все те саме, тому вирішила написати! Особливо офіціант Микола та його зміна! Ми по цій причині обідали і вечеряли в інших місцях( відношення Миколи це просто жах) ! Хоча кухня смачна і ми проживали тиждень! На сніданок просто не хочеться приходити, мені шкода що так!
