城に近い。ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーは美味しかった。キャスルビューでライトアップした城は綺麗。スタッフは親切丁寧で気持ちが良い。また泊まりたい、と思う。

エアコンの調節ができれば、もっと良かった。

"コスパ、ボスピタリティ共に非常に良かった！"

最初の印象は古いホテルだなという感じだったが、特に不便はなく安心・快適に過ごせ、往年のホテルとしてのプライドを感じた。 フロントの方も皆感じ良く気持ち良くすごせ、ホテルマンとしてきちんとしてるなと好感が持てた。 犬山駅にも犬山城にも近くてロケーションも大変良い。グループなら広さが売りの民泊でも良いだろうが、1人旅なら安心感という点で断然お勧めしたい。

経費面の理由からだろうが、かつては営業していたらしいレストランがクローズしていて素泊まりになるのが、少し残念。 きっと良いレストランだったのだろうと思うので。

スタッフさんの対応が、明るく、丁寧、適切、で気持ち良かった。 掃除等　行き届いていました。 コインランドリー、電子レンジ、助かりました。

2階の電子レンジ近くのカーテンが破れていて(かぎ裂きのようになっていて) 残念でした。
