Everything to like!

We love to stay in this relaxing, lovely place! This is the second time we’ve stayed here (our son just graduated from CCU) and it is such a joy to come back to this loft after a busy day of hanging with a college student. It is quiet and the communication with Kyle and the cleaning staff is excellent! It’s the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting CCU - 5 min from campus and walking distance to restaurants.

Amazing!!

The location was great. We were visiting our son at CCU and this was the perfect spot to stay close to campus. The loft was clean and had everything we needed. So much more homey than a hotel. It was great to have the kitchen facilities and washer and dryer. Kyle kindly had some ‘welcome’ items waiting for us - some coffee, dish soap and sponge, some bathroom items. Very thoughtful. Kyle was very easy to communicate with when I had a question.

The location was great. Everything was in walking distance. .

Location to shops and restaurants. Kitchen nice and washer and dryer.

Only 1 trash can for the whole loft. None in bathroom or bedroom. Floors were dirty and around washer and dryer and under furniture dust and dirty. Wash cloth stained.

I loved the location. There looked to be plenty of stores and restaurants to visit. Within walking distance.

There seemed to be a bug infestation in the bedding and mattress. I always check linens & furniture with gloves. Prior to settling in & bringing in my luggage. The furniture had stains in them. The floors felt like we were walking on a mound of dirt. It all became so overwhelming that we left within 10 minutes of inspecting those few things. It seemed as though there isn't decent upkeep being applied. Especially between stays.

Best kept secret, hometown feeling.

This was a very nice loft apartment in a great location. We were picking our son up from Coastal Carolina and wanted something close. Although there are hotels near campus, this was really a great value and a quick 8-10 minute drive to campus. The apartment was clean, stocked with enough that if you wanted to cook you could. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance or a close drive to the beach.

2 small but minor suggestions: add a small garage in the bathroom. I had to walk to the kitchen every time I needed to throw something away. Also add a shelf in the shower. There is no where to store your soap or shampoo/conditioner.
