Villa Patrizia-Luxury House

La casa è molto bella, organizzata, ben pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ottima posizione. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Completamente soddisfatti. La consiglio vivamente.

Mi è piaciuto tutto.

El alojamiento es excepcional, amplio, con todas las comodidades y decorado con gusto. A la llegada encuentras todo lo necesario por cortesía ( agua… dulces, cafés, azúcares .. vino ..)… si que esta cerca del aeropuerto dentro de la casa no se escucha ruido. Lo mejor son los anfitriones, una pareja encantadora que tuvo la deferencia de prestarnos un coche por tener el mío averiado en Domingo… se alojan en la parte de arriba pero son muy discreto y solo los ves cuando los necesitas. Está a media hora de pueblos muy bonitos en Costa Esmeralda, con lo cual es un excelente alojamiento a un precio razonable para poder visitarla sin el bullicio y los precios desorbitados

No hubo nada que comentar … quizás que Olbia como localidad no tiene nada de especial, pero la idea de alojarte en Villa Patrizia es moverte por la zona

We really liked our stay! The accommodation was very clean, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and very helpful.

We were received with a very warm welcome by Ramonda and her friend Julia who spoke perfect English. The property is beautiful with great views. The house is super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is nice and close to the airport which was perfect for us with an early flight out. We spent 2 nights in this tastefully designed home, which is close to Olbia and other attractions. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We recently booked a house for our vacation and were absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, with an interior design that made us feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and relax. The location of the house was perfect, allowing us to fully enjoy our surroundings and making our stay even more special. We truly felt like we were in our own home away from home and treated the house with the same care and respect. What made our experience even more remarkable was the incredible hospitality of the host. They were not only friendly and correct but went above and beyond to ensure that our holiday was perfect. Their dedication to making sure we had everything we needed was truly appreciated, and their helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. In summary, we couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here. A beautiful house in the green, relaxing and quiet with beautiful luxurious inside and a massive garden. The house is close to the airport, the city and the beaches, the perfect spot. The hosts are really nice and always available for any request. Highly recommend the place!

Absolutely nothing. Would not recommend.

This villa deserves 0 stars. Our stay was a nightmare from start to finish. The owners didn't let us check in because there were still guests, even though we paid for that night. They tried to extort an extra €100 just to check in, demanded another €80 for linens, and charged us the highest tourist tax we ever paid - 30€! They promised a refund for their mistake but then refused to give us our money back. The owners are dishonest, unprofessional, and only out to scam you. Avoid this place like the plague!
