Property Notes

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Highcroft House by Grandeur Property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Please note that the minimum age required for the lead guest is 21 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found) - If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning) - All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. -Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking. As per our damage policy, all upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed. A deposit may be required at the property.
