- hard to get by without a washing machine for extended stays; - bathroom size and accesories/amenities weren't great.

The host is experienced, helpful and eager to make sure her guests feel welcome and supported. I'm not sure I should include this but when I asked about a place to do my laundry, she volunteered her mother for the job! The room was well-kept and had everything needed for a nice stay. Neos Marmaras can be hectic but the property is far enough from the main activity to be quiet. The Sithonia Peninsula is extraordinarily beautiful and Neos is a great place to "HQ."

Street parking is available but streets are narrow and you have to pay attention. This is not a property issue, just something people should be aware of if bringing a car to Neos. Within Neos it's possible to walk everywhere.

The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, always ready to accommodate our needs. We were warmly welcomed with refreshments, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was spacious—perfect for a family of 3 - 4—and furnished with cozy beds and new furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Rooms are cleaned every four days, but you can request fresh towels or sheets more frequently if needed. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within walking distance to the town center.
