Kubu Tani

Sidemen is prachtig en dit hotel heeft een mega uitzicht op de rijstvelden en Mt Agung. Het zwembad kijkt daar ook mooi op uit. Onze kamer had een mooi groot balkon om er van te genieten. Je loopt zo naar talloze Warungs of wat meer modernere resorts voor een cocktail. Ook huurden wij hier een scooter en konden ze airport transport voor ons regelen. Vriendelijke staff.

Door de locatie heb je last van insecten in je kamer of rondom je kamer. Hier kan het hotel weinig aan doen. Echter zat onze klamboe wel vol met vlekken van (gedode?) insecten, wat niet erg hygiënisch was. Ook miste er een trekker in de badkamer waardoor de vloer lang nat bleef na het douchen. Een full length spiegel zou ook geen overbodige luxe zijn :)

Personnel très gentil et agréable. Possibilités de louer un scooter sur place. Différents WARUNG situés juste en face de l’hôtel.

Nombreux animaux qui rentrent dans la chambre, cela est normal. Le personnel vient toujours vous aider à les enlever

L' emplacement , petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique mais pas souvent présent .

Tous les siffons étaient bouchés, lavabos ,baignoire. Mauvaise odeur d'égout. Pas d'eau à boire dans la chambre. Porte serviettes qui tombe.,mal fixé.

Nur das Frühstück. Bei so einer tollen Unterkunft hätten wir mehr erwartet. Zum Beispiel eine Alternative zum weißen Toast, oder eine Reis Option.

Très bien situé, magnifique vue de la terrasse de la chambre et de la piscine, piscine très agréable, personnel très serviable, nous fêtions notre anniversaire de mariage et ils avaient décoré le lit avec grand soin de fleurs et avaient acheté un gros gâteau au chocolat très beau et bon. La chambre était très spacieuse ! Très bon rapport qualité prix.

If you’ve found this accommodation, consider yourself lucky. Nestled in a breathtakingly beautiful valley, this place feels like a hidden gem. The house itself is stunning and an absolute joy to stay in, surrounded by incredible scenery that makes it hard to leave. What made the experience even more special was the people. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by some of the friendliest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. Their warmth and hospitality created an atmosphere that made me feel completely at home. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret because I have no doubt it will become increasingly popular in the future. However, it deserves every bit of recognition it receives. If you’re fortunate enough to come across this accommodation, don’t hesitate, book it immediately. This was truly a memorable stay, and I would return without a second thought.

La vue exceptionnelle sur le mont Agung et les rizières, c’est très apaisant. La villa est grande et spacieuse.

L’hôtel manque globalement d’entretien de base, pourtant facile à corriger (ampoule principale qui n’éclaire rien, lumière blafarde, porte qui s’ouvre mal,…). Bref des petites choses, c’est dommage mais l’ensemble reste très agréable.

I read some negative reviews before about this property and I have no idea why. This was so lovely! A beautiful spacious house. Fantastic staff. A breathtaking view.. Yes, the house is not new, but it’s charming and perfectly located close to fabulous restaurants. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, but someone else booked my place before I could many things to all the people at Kubu Tani who made our stay so memorable ❤️
