Villa Martha Perithia Corfu

Great communication from the host, who met us on arrival and explain the details of the property. Lovely selection of local produce and sweets on arrival - a lovely touch.

The property was outstanding! It was beyond expectations. Location was also perfect. Close to beautiful villages and harbours.

What a dream destination! This really is a stunning villa, with everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. Well equipped en very suitable for a stay with more than one family. Big living room, nice bedrooms, good kitchen. The outdoor area is magnificent, with a big pool, a nice terrace and a lovely garden, even with a vegetable garden. But what gives this place a big plus are Martha and Dimitri, the hosts. They were very kind and helped us out with everything. What a gem!

We were here start of October. The weather was around 20 degrees. The pool therefore was a little chilly.

Fantastic hosts and a fantastic Villa. Very spacious with a great layout. Pool area and open plan kitchen and lounge was great. The Villa was so clean throughout. The facilities were all of a high standard. We will definitely return.

The Villa was stunning , Martha and Dimitris put a lot of thought and consideration into Villa Martha and were v kind and helpful throughout our stay. The Villa had everything we needed and was super comfortable and spacious for our family

Absolutely fantastic! The house is even more beautiful then in the pictures, absolutely well equipped, spacious, quite. Not just chic, but also practical in so many details. It was a pleasure to stay there! The garden is very nice and in perfect condition, the kids loved the pool. The nearby beach is a nice and sandy, which is rare on Corfu. Groceries and restaurants within 5 minutes of driving. The hosts are absolutely lovely!!

The road is present. There's not so many vehicles, but sometimes very loud ones. Two bedrooms are facing the street and are louder then the others.

Nothing

We loved the villa, the outdoor area is spectacular with lots of space for outdoor eating and socialising. Our 9 year old daughter loved the pool and chilling on the sun loungers! The bedrooms are nice and spacious, and each one having its own bathroom was amazing. Martha was a fabulous host and any questions were answered straight away. We would definitely recommend a car, as there wasn’t really anywhere within walking distance close to the villa. Kassiopi is only a 10 minute drive, and plenty of options for brunches and evening meals. There are also 2 lovely sandy beaches within 5 minutes drive of the villa.

Great spacious private property with excellent facilities- the pool was wonderful and was cleaned every morning. Lovely rural setting. Hosts, Martha and Dimitris, were so helpful and kind, they took such pride in the Villa and nothing was too much trouble.

We loved everything!

Everything. A fantastic place to stay & relax with our friends. We were made to feel welcome by Martha who met us on arrival. Facilities were superb - bedrooms all en-suite, pool, outside areas for dining. The villa was cleaned during our 5 night stay & fresh towels provided. There was a good supply of shower & pool towels anyway. We were able to message the property for a few extra items & these were waiting for us on arrival.

We can honestly say there was nothing we didn’t like about Villa Martha. For a group (3 couples) who have stayed in many places this is in our top 2
