You must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests who wish to include meals in addition to your plan must make a request at least 7 days before the date of arrival. Please contact the property directly for the meal charges. Please inform the property of food allergies and other special meal requests in advance. Special meal requests including requests for Western breakfast must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date, and any additional requests cannot be accepted on the day of arrival. Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 08:30. A child rate applies to children under 6 years old. This also applies to children who use an existing bed. "It was good for a couple of nights but I would not do more than that."

No water bottles and the water machine was broken. The lobby is dated and dark

"Best nights sleep"

The staff and accommodations were wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable. It rained overnight and we slept with the windows open and it was the best nights sleep! The onsen was very nice and had everything we needed.

"Good and disappointing at the same time."

All is good especially location.

We wanted to have an experience of ryokan with full package. Paid quite high price per night in comparison with other places. In site it was the option” traditional Japanese room”. Then appeared , it is without meal, what must be a part of the package. I sent a message to the hotel about upgrading- they suggested to cancel and book again( what was not possible already).I am surprised that there is no flexibility to add food even, if we booked more than a month in advance. The onsen was disappointing as well with water from the tap.

"Great place, we definitely will be back"

The Hotel was very nice. Great location and many places reachable withing walking distance. Very friendly staff. The room and the facilities were very clean and quiet. The Onsen was fantastic. Definitely book the breakfast as there are not many places for a breaktfast close by ((especially you are are early birds).

The bathrooms are quiet old but very clean.
