Hirosaki Touei Hotel

目的地まで歩いて行ける。 窓から岩木山が望めるところが最高！

今回で2回目の長期滞在でレトロ感があって気に入ってるホテルです。 禁煙室でしたが、喫煙場所が部屋から近かったため煙草の匂いが気になり部屋にこもって臭かった。 カーペットクリーニング(シャンプー)と換気とドアを十分しっかりすればもっと快適に滞在できたと思う。

Net connection was slow

I think it was very well priced, the bed was comfortable and the view from the window was nice. The staff were nice.

A bit of a walk from the station but the area is nice so I didn’t mind this too much. The rooms are a bit ‘old’ looking but this doesn’t really bother me either.

We were not expecting much considering the cost of the rooms (3 single rooms) however we were somewhat disappointed considering we had paid a similar amount for a previous hotel that execeeded our expectations. The staff were polite and helpful especially when we needed to find parking for our car rental. Be aware that parking is at the back of the complex and that it must also be paid for. Some izakayas and cafes within walking distance. Bus stop nearby that can take you to the main attractions of Hirosaki. Train station however is at least 20mins walk

Although it was a non-smoking room there was a scent of smoke though it could just as well pass as a musky smell emitting from the airconditioner :( . Sheets appeared clean but I was not comfortable stepping on the room floor barefoot. Also, the rooms are not cleaned during your stay. You will be given fresh towels as required per day (you place the used towels in the bags provided and hang them ont he door. These will be collected and a fresh batch provided on you return - they'll be left hanging on the door). Bit far from the train station however there is a bus stop near the front though the buses did not appear to come frequently
