Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Patrizia und Constantino. Die villetta giulia fronte mare ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Terrasse und einen schönen Garten mit Liegen, sodass man zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten Schatten hat. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Meerblick. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen an einem Wendekreis am Ende der Straße. Der Hafen für Ausflüge zur Insel Asinara und zum Strand Pelosa sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Patrizia hat Tipps gegeben und sich sehr gekümmert, dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Con una espectacular terraza exterior. Constantino y Patrizia anfitriones muy amables y dispuestos a asesorar sobre cualquier duda.

La lástima no poder estar más días para visitar los alrededores de Stintino.....pero volveremos.

Clean house with all the comforts. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, washing machine, a terrace with a wonderful view to the see where it is a pleasure to sit with a glass of wine or a coffee😊.. wonderful hosts who are involved in having all the comfort and information needed.. Quiet area and very close to LaPelossa beach. Thank you to the wonderful hosts

Cały obiekt przewyższył nasze oczekiwania! Zlokalizowany jest w spokojnej okolicy, blisko przystanku autobusowego, z którego można dojechać na La Pelosę. Posiada dwa ogródki, wyposażone w meble ogrodowe oraz zabawki dla dzieci (zjezdzalnię, domek, piłki itp ). Zamieszczone zdjęcia nie oddają w pełni pięknego widoku na morze, który rozpościera się z tarasu! Dom wewnątrz urządzony jest gustownie, a kuchnia wyposażona w dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować podczas wakacji. Nie wspominając nawet o dostępności parasoli plażowych oraz mat wymaganych na La Pelosie. Poza tym na zewnątrz dostępny jest grill. Właściciele są przesympatyczni, pozostawali z nami w kontakcie przez cały nasz pobyt, służyli radą w razie potrzeby, przygotowali nam również słodki poczęstunek na powitanie :)) Zdecydowanie polecamy!!!

Wonderful stay in Stintino, felt like home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a lovely stay in Stintino, and Patrizia and Constantino were exceptional hosts, so welcoming, warm, and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of the family. Patrizia even came to meet us personally for check-in, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They both shared great local tips that really helped us make the most of our time in the area. The property had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, which was super handy. The location was perfect, just a 7-minute drive to La Pelosa Beach and they had thoughtfully provided cooler bags, mats, and a beach umbrella, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. We especially loved the sitting area on the terrace, a lovely spot to unwind in the evenings. On the day we checked out, Patrizia kindly let us leave our bags with her, and she even gave us her number in case we needed anything during the rest of our trip. This stay was truly memorable, comfortable, friendly, and filled with thoughtful details. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

'Villetta Giulia' was a wonderful surprise in a perfect location facing the sea. Just minutes from La Pelosa beach and close to convenient supermarkets, it offered everything we needed for a perfect stay. The house is very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the essentials. Patrizia, the host, was absolutely lovely—kind, welcoming, and always helpful. We truly had a fantastic time and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patrizia and family! 😊

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with many little details and useful touches that really make a difference. The location is excellent – just a few minutes by car from the stunning La Pelosa beach, and there’s also a bus stop just a short walk away, making it easy to get around even without a car. Patrizia was a lovely and welcoming host. She was always happy to share helpful local tips, including great recommendations for nearby restaurants and places to visit. We truly recommend this place and would gladly return in the future!
