Serve breakfast in room

1) swimming pool is worst not in operation 2) bathroom and room bed are not neat and clean 3) didn’t give bill in hotel and send later in WhatsApp without PAN. I request to add but no any reply.

"A pleasant stay next to the Airport"

Next to the airport, easy to get into.

Bathroom hot water was NOT working, they fix it on request trying 45-60 minutes, then again the same old story in the very next day. NO room heating system. Room telephone service to front desk and/or restaurant was NOT working and we needed to go down to the front desk every time we needed something.
