One of the best apartment I had stayed in Italy! Davide is soooo friendly and helpful. We received a super Warm welcome from him. We love his well designed ,clean, new, tidy house and all furnitures. Especially the bed, very very comfortable. Also good location — you can find the best cafe and pizzeria in Noto nearby. We had everything we need in this apartment. I hope we can stay more nights :D Thanks Davide again! We had a great time in Noto because of you :D

Everything is pretty, new, clean and working - and this is what you look for during the holidays! We always found a parking lot nearby, there are several lovely little shops to get groceries or bread, all Noto attractions are within a walking distance. And a lovely Italian cafe at the end of the street. What we particularily liked was the bathroom, with a really hot and strong pressured shower and (what happens rarely) enough place for toiletteries around the sink. Also - a blessing for guys coming from northern Europe, like us - the bed cover had a proper, normal Ikea duvet!!!! (not that "sheet-sandwich" that you have to fight against every night :)

The back door goes out to a patio, currently used by neughbours as a parking lot and thus not very scenic - but it does have potential and with some plants around it could become kind of a nice terrace.

Very nice authentic but upgraded sicilian apartment close to the city center. Daniele was very friendly and helpful and provided also good restaurant tips. The check-in and check-out were quick and convenient. Finding a parking spot close buy can be tricky but we found free parking very close to the property.

The neighbours were having a fight and it felt like in an Italian drama. We already expected the husbands clothes to be thrown out of the window. Nothing that the owner can influence, but difficult to sleep through :)

The location of the flat is very good with only 2 mins walking distance to the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The host David was very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue and it was resolved within minutes. really enjoyed staying at this place.
